1. All session focus on intense Shooting and Scoring stratégie, including Shooting Technique Goalie manipulation, Breakaways

2. All Skill Levels, Edge Work , Power Skating encourage to participate in the Full day Camp.

3. Ateliers techniques : Shooting, Stick Handling, maniement du palet, tirs, passes, game situation 2vs1, 1vs1, 1vs0

Focus Areas : Shot mechanics, quick release, shooting accuracy, deceptive shooting, rebound control, and goal-scoring mindset.

Our Summer Camps will include :

- Shooting Skills: Practicing Wrist shots, Snapshots, Backhands.
- Stick handling Skills: Working on puck control, dekes, fakes, Passing.
- Rapidshot/Rapid hands: Focusing on quick-hands and Quick release.
- Dryland: Proper Movement Patterns, Plyometrics, agility, Power.
- Positive Atmosphere: A motivating environment to keep players engaged and focused.

1h : Travail technique (Skills, Edge Work)
1h : Maniement de la crosse, passes, tirs, jeu devant le filet (statique et en mouvement), exercices en situation de match

🏋 Entraînements hors glace (selon le système de la réserve olympique) :

Pliométrie, flexibilité, agilité, acrobatie
2 heures de piscine (2 séances avec toboggans)
